As Integrations Consultant, you will work across both our product set and our customer base to define and maintain our integrations, following a standard approach.

You will lead and facilitate integrations-related engagements (both internally and externally, up to and including executive level) to establish scope, business needs, project objectives, outcomes, expectations and defined benefits.

You will be responsible for making sure our integrations meet our needs, and those of our customers, meaning you will also contribute to the development of our business strategy.

You will manage our relationships with third-party providers, building and maintaining a detailed understanding of our integration partners, their roadmaps, their propositions and their benefits to both us and our customers.

The Integrations Consultant will also work with internal and external teams to ensure that any work needed to keep our integrations up-to-date and valuable is done, documented and understood by all parties.

Development / Software Engineering

Senior Developer (MI / BI specialist)

Based: Leamington Spa

This Senior Developer role will focus on assessing, developing and improving the Focus MI offering.

You will work within the Software Delivery team to help improve the content, quality and coverage of our Microsoft Analysis Services cubes.

The majority of your time will be spent doing development work and technical design, working to an agile development methodology based on SCRUM.

You will be expected to mentor colleagues, and be proactive in developing colleague skill-sets to improve their understanding of Cube Design, Analysis Services, ETL processes and performance testing.

You will also be expected to work closely with all members of the team (both business and technical) to design, validate and deliver stable, scalable and quality software that meets the requirements of the business team.

Dependent on your experience and the nature of the work, you might also be appointed as the Technical Authority for specific projects.

Skills specific to this role:

  • Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014/SQL2016.
  • 3 years plus experience of building solutions with SSAS, advanced knowledge of SSAS, MDX, performance tuning, best practices.
  • Significant experience designing solutions following Kimball methodology and good knowledge of data modelling concepts.
  • Post-release support of deployed BI solutions.
  • Experience of building reports using SSRS, dashboards, self-service BI.
  • Experience of working in a team following agile development practices, using team development tools, working on the same objects.

As a Web Application Developer, you will be a driving part of our Digital team and a technical design authority - you will provide thought leadership, but also be an active developer.

With strong TypeScript / JavaScript and CSS knowledge, as well as a preference for semantic HTML, you will be able to develop lean, modern web applications.

As part of a cross-functional team delivering evidence-led designs, you will have a range of opportunities to vary what you work on as well as shape where your career is going.

You will help us define and develop both new and existing apps, as well as styling, branding and adapting our software for delivery to customers.

You will be someone who really cares about the how and the why behind what the user sees. You will have looked at the source-code of this page.

Head of Digital

Skills / attributes specific to this role:

  • Lean and / or agile UX design experience - rapid iterations and small batch-sizes.
  • Ability to provide technical design authority in a contemporary UI framework (ideally Aurelia or Angular).
  • TypeScript / ECMAScript (with Babel) / JS, HTML5, CSS3 (with SASS / LESS), Bootstrap, Grunt / Gulp, Node etc.
  • Ideally: front-end design experience (a portfolio would be a bonus).
  • Ideally: experience designing and developing white-label, template applications.
