Focus Solutions new partnership agreement with Rackspace follows the increasing demand from its client base to offer a secure hosting environment in addition to its market-leading multi-channel distribution solution, focus:360°.  The first organisation, a global leading provider of insurance and financial services, to take advantage of this joint proposition has chosen Focus’ multi-channel extranet solution to support the electronic sale and servicing of its product range and will deploy this as a managed service via Rackspace.

As part of the agreement, Rackspace will host the focus:360° infrastructure, providing 24/7 availability and support to Focus’ clients globally as well as a disaster recovery environment for maximum peace of mind.
