Alastair Taylor

Alastair Taylor, Non-Executive Chairman
Alastair was previously the President of the Global Financial Services Industry for Unisys Corporation and a member of the Executive Management Board. During more than 30 years in the IT industry he has held senior executive positions in the UK and internationally. He is currently Chairman of UniRisX Ltd and Non-Executive Director of Orbiscom Ltd and XKO Plc and provides consultancy to the Venture Capital Industry.

Richard Stevenson,

Richard Stevenson, Chief Executive
Richard was appointed Chief Executive of Focus Solutions Group plc on 1 March 2006. Richard’s previous role was CEO and President for Business Agility Limited, a systems integrator focusing on enterprise class operations software and related services. Prior to that he was CEO and President of AST Europe and brings broad experience of developing software based technology businesses in a global market to the Group.

Frank Murray

Frank Murray, Chief Technology Officer
Frank joined Focus as Product Development Manager in May 2000. Prior to Focus he spent 18 years in a variety of senior technical roles with AT&T and Cap Gemini focusing on the financial services market. Frank was appointed Chief Technology Officer on the 1 April 2002.

Martin Clements

Martin Clements, Finance Director
Martin Clements qualified as a chartered accountant in 1987. Martin joined Focus from Bond International Software Plc, where he had been Group Finance Director. Prior to joining Bond, Martin worked in a number of senior positions with Eurobell Holdings Plc and Vickers Plc.

John Streets

John Streets, Founder and Non-Executive Director
John is the founding director of Focus. John has a 20 year track record in IT sales and the financial services business working for Honeywell Information Systems, Wang Computers, Fame Computers and Intuitive Systems. John set up the company in 1995 and in 2000 led the floatation of the company on the AIM market, raising £10m to further fund the company’s development of its technology and solutions. In 2006 John assisted the Board to recruit Richard Stevenson as Group Chief Executive, John then changed his role to Non-Executive Director. John is currently working with a number of start up software companies.

Martin Fiennes

Martin Fiennes, Non-Executive Director
Martin spent 8 years as an investment manager with Top Technology Ventures Limited, the venture capital firm that originally backed Focus. He now acts as a corporate finance adviser working with early stage UK technology companies.

Nick Habgood 

Nick Habgood, Non-Executive Director
Nick is Managing Partner of Azini Capital Partners LLP (www.azini.com) a private equity fund management firm specialising in the acquisition of shareholdings in private and public technology companies (secondary transactions). Nick has been a technology investor for 9 years prior to which he held a number of senior roles in MasterCard International, Mars Electronics International and GKN. He has a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering (M.Eng) from the University of Bristol.

Ron Watford

Ron Whatford, Non-Executive Director
Ron joined Focus as a non-executive Director in June 2009, having spent several years with Lloyds Banking Group, holding numerous senior roles including Managing Director of Operations at Scottish Widows and more recently Chief Experience Officer and Managing Director of Store Services at Lloyds TSB. Whilst at Lloyds he also operated as a member of the Retail Board for the Group which he retired from in 2008. Ron has also held previous directorships at Bacs, where he was chairman of the board from 2001 to 2003, and at Link from 2005 to 2007.
