In March 2010 the FSA issued their policy statement, 10/6, on the ‘Distribution of Retail Investments: Delivering the RDR – Feedback to CP09/18 and final rules’. This document superseded the ‘Feedback Statement 08/6’ on the Retail Distribution Review (RDR); issued in November 2008 and the subsequent consultation paper issued in June 2009.

Focus Solutions first issued this whitepaper in January 2009 based upon the 2008 document and have now updated this following the recent FSA policy statement and the responses we have seen in the industry.
