A number of us have written about the impact of the Retail Distribution Review on the customer and how this in turn might impact on the number and quality of interactions between client and adviser. It’s difficult to say how much of what is happening in our sector is being driven by the requirements of the Retail Distribution Review or how much it is being driven from outside of these regulatory requirements.
