In my previous blog I discussed the then fast approaching deadline for feedback on the FSA’s Consultation Paper of 24th September, within which was a proposed overhaul of many aspects of CPD. Aside from the increased emphasis on relevance in determining whether CPD activities will be deemed adequate, the regulator proposed in the consultation paper that such activity should involve the consideration of ethics.
