The Retail Distribution Review will be many things to many people and in previous blogs I have referenced the customer, the IFA, the Providers etc. and the ways that these distinct groups will have to work together. Although I have touched on service in one way or another a number of times, it is probably appropriate to touch on how technology will need to move on, for an improved service offering to be delivered. Especially in light of the recent sizable fines for some of the larger providers.
