Richard Stevenson, Chief Executive
Richard was appointed Chief Executive of Focus Solutions Group plc on 1st March 2006. Richard’s previous role was CEO and President for Business Agility Limited, a systems integrator focusing on enterprise class operations software and related services. Prior to that he was CEO and President of AST Europe and brings broad experience of developing software based technology businesses in a global market to the Group.

Frank Murray, Chief Technology Officer
Frank Murray joined Focus as Product Development Manager in May 2000. Prior to Focus he spent 18 years in a variety of senior technical roles with AT&T and Cap Gemini focusing on the financial services market. Frank was appointed Chief Technology Officer on the 1st April 2002.

Martin Clements, Financial Director
Appointed in June 2003, Martin Clements joined Focus from Bond International Software Plc, where he had been Group Finance Director. Prior to joining Bond, Martin worked in a number of senior positions with Vickers Plc and Eurobell Holdings plc. Martin is a qualified chartered accountant and holds a BSc from the University of Manchester. |

Dave Upton, Financial Services Product Director
Dave Upton joined Focus in December 2007 as Financial Services Product Director, bringing with him nearly 20 years of financial services intermediary software experience designing and delivering solutions to many of the market’s leading distributors. Dave joined Focus from Redland Business Consultancy, where he was an Associate and has previously worked for Sirius FS. |

Mark Walker-Smith, Commercial Director
Mark Walker-Smith initially joined Focus as Major Account Manager in 2002, having previously worked at CMG. He has over 15 years experience within the financial services industry across a variety of roles including IT Development, Business Consultancy and Sales Management. Mark was appointed to the position of Customer Services Director in December 2007.

Alison Young, Training and Consultancy Director
Alison joined Focus in December 2008 on acquisition of The Coaching Platform, of which she was one of the founding Directors. She has over 18 years experience in both learning and development and T&C consultancy, having worked with many of the UK’s leading financial services organisations in these areas. Alison took on the role of Training and Consultancy Director for Focus in July of this year.
