Richard was appointed Chief Executive of Focus Solutions Group on 1st March 2006.  Richard’s previous role was CEO and President for Business Agility Limited, a systems integrator focusing on enterprise class operations software and related services. Prior to that he was CEO and President of AST Europe and brings broad experience of developing software based technology businesses in a global market to the Group.

Martin Clements, Financial Director

Appointed in June 2003, Martin joined Focus from Bond International Software Plc, where he held the position of Group Finance Director. Prior to joining Bond, Martin worked in a number of senior positions with Vickers Plc and Eurobell Holdings plc. Martin is a qualified chartered accountant and holds a BSc from the University of Manchester.

Dave Upton, UK Managing Director

Dave has over 20 years of financial services intermediary software experience, designing and delivering solutions to many of the market’s leading distributors. Having originally joined Focus as Product Director in 2007, Dave took on the role of UK Managing Director in June 2010 and is responsible for the strategic direction of the entire UK operation.

Alison Young, Client Engagement Director

Alison joined Focus in December 2008 on acquisition of The Coaching Platform, for which she was one of the founding Directors and owners. She has over 20 years experience in the financial services sector working in sales management, learning and development, compliance and T&C consultancy. Alison previously held the role of Operations Director for Focus prior to taking on the role of Client Engagement Director in October 2011.

Kieron O'Toole, Implementation Director

Kieron was appointed Implementation Director in March 2011 from Patsystems where he held the post of Global Operations Director. Prior to joining Patsystems he held various senior Operations and Project Management positions at other large financial services software organisations, such as Tieto, Fiserv and Unisys. Kieron directs and owns the UK and International implementation strategy for Focus.
